How it Works
- Enquiry: send a message and we will arrange a free telephone consultation.
- Consultation: we confirm your wishes, family details, and any relevant complexity.
- Draft: we prepare a draft will for your review in a protected format marked “Draft”.
- Approval: once you approve the wording, we produce a bound signing copy and send it to you.
- Return of original: you sign and return the bound original to us for our records.
- Copy for you: once received, we provide you with a copy for your records.
If the signed bound original is not returned, you agree to pay the relevant service fee for the work requested.
